provides skilled health care services to Cabell and Mason counties of West Virginia.
Skilled providers include:
- Registered Nurses
- Licensed Practical Nurses
- Certified Nurse Aides
- Speech Therapists
- Medical Social Workers
- Occupational Therapists
- Physical Therapists
Eligibility
& Requirements
- a skilled medical need must exist:
- intermittent nursing care services to be done by a R.N.
- physical therapy intermittently in the home
- speech therapy intermittently in the home
Medicare requires:
- that a physician order the service
- you are confined to your home
- you need an registered nurse, physical therapist, and/or speech therapist intermittently
- the agency participates in the Medicare program
- the agency must service the county in which you live
CCCSO is Medicare certified and accepts Medicaid, private pay, and
private insurance.
